ZnO:Mn稀磁薄膜光學(xué)性質(zhì)和鐵磁行為分析
摘 要:采用脈沖激光沉積技術(shù)在藍(lán)寶石(α-Al2O3)襯底上制備了不同Mn摻雜濃度的ZnO薄膜.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,合適濃度的Mn的摻人,有利于ZnO:Mn薄膜(002)生長(zhǎng)而不形成Mn的氧化物,同時(shí),所有的薄膜均呈現(xiàn)出了室溫鐵磁特性.隨著Mn含量的增加,薄膜光學(xué)帶隙紅移,對(duì)應(yīng)的Mn離子電荷轉(zhuǎn)移躍遷吸收逐漸增強(qiáng),磁化強(qiáng)度逐漸減小.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果支持薄膜的鐵磁性起源于替位的Mn離子之間的長(zhǎng)程鐵磁相互作用,Mn離子增加導(dǎo)致平均磁矩減小,可歸因于鄰近的Mn離子密度的增加引起的反鐵磁作用增強(qiáng),相對(duì)應(yīng)的sp-d交換作用逐漸增加.
